Our patients and the communities in which we serve deserve to experience our Values every day.

Our values were created by our people and key stakeholders. After considering over 6500 pieces of feedback, our values were born. These were launched in October 2020 and despite being an unprecedented time for the NHS, we successfully blended these cultural themes into every corner of our HB – from our recruitment processes through to our performance reviews and everything in between.
