What does ‘Flexible Working mean to CTM?

COVID-19 has shown us we can be flexible in the way we work. Across the Health Board we have successfully delivered our office based services whilst working from home. The pandemic has increased our ability to work with technology and this will shape the way we work in the future.

At CTM, we have a number of opportunities relating to flexible working which expand beyond working from home. For all members of staff, clinical and non-clinical, we offer part-time working, compressed hours and job sharing. We understand flexible working means different things depending on the job you do, and we are dedicated to providing a healthy work-life balance for all job roles.
