Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) is proud to partner with local authorities, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and Careers Wales to host three exciting Careers Events across our communities.
These events are a fantastic opportunity to:
- Meet NHS professionals and learn about the variety of roles available.
- Find out about current vacancies and get insider tips on applying successfully.
- Explore career pathways and training opportunities.
- Connect with local colleges offering healthcare courses.
- Receive application support from Employability teams.
Whether you’re starting out, changing careers, or looking to progress, our Careers Events are a great way to discover the variety of roles that keep our Health Board running.

Parking information
Bridgend
Tuesday 3rd March – Between 11-2pm – Bridgend Halo Centre – Angel Street, Bridgend, CF314AH
Parking: There is a 2-hour limit in the car park in front of the Halo centre. There is a long stay underneath the Bowls Hall or by the play park. The machines take cash or card, we suggest you have both available. See below for alternative car parking.

Llantrisant
Wednesday 4th March – 1pm-4pm – Llantrisant Leisure Centre – Tir Meibion Lane, Pontyclun, CF72 8DJ
Parking: You can park in the leisure centre car park
Merthyr
Thursday 5th March – 1pm-4pm – Merthyr Town Hub – 3 Newmarket Walk, St Tydfils Shopping Centre, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8EL (next door to The Works bookstore).
Parking: Opposite the Civic Centre – multi-storey car park (£1.50 for 3 hours – £3.50 all day) you will then need to cross the road into town. Alternatively, park in the college car park (same prices as above) you will need to walk over the bridge into town centre, down the escalator and the Town Centre HUB is in front of you. Either carpark is equally as easy and a maximum of a 2 minute walk to the HUB.
There is no need to register, just pop along to meet the teams.
